The Gidia Oaks Platform Family
Five connected products support the platform: SteadGrid, GOCLIMS, PairFlex, IndexFlex and the GO-CN48-32-2T sovereign compute server.
SteadGrid lets data centre operators monitor a site or multiple sites from a single control plane. It connects facility systems, power, cooling, physical security and server telemetry into one operating view, with safety-critical controls taking priority over commercial instructions.

GOCLIMS is the customer-facing account for a Gidia Oaks-powered data centre. It handles onboarding, billing, compute orchestration, AI training and deployment, storage, node visibility, site visits and support.
PairFlex is a regulated, non-custodial marketplace that matches buyers and sellers of spare capacity. At launch, it supports electricity and computing power, with the architecture designed to extend to other capacity markets. IndexFlex maintains an independent, immutable record of transaction summaries and hardware telemetry so authorised parties can verify what happened after the fact.

The GO-CN48-32-2T is a 48-slot sovereign compute server chassis built around SpacemiT K3 RISC-V processors. Forty-four slots provide active compute capacity while four are reserved for management and hot-standby failover. The platform uses an open instruction set and open firmware rather than hardware and software controlled by a single vendor.
Why This Matters
The technology exists to make critical infrastructure more reliable, manageable and sovereign. Each layer reads facts from the layer beneath it, helping the wider system scale without different platforms disagreeing about what is physically or commercially true.

Sovereign, AI-ready data centre ecosystem
African Web Services (AfWS) is Gidia Oaks' flagship digital infrastructure company and is developing Africa's first sovereign, AI-ready hyperscale data centre ecosystem. The programme begins with its flagship campus in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The facility is designed to provide secure, high-performance infrastructure for artificial intelligence, cloud computing, enterprise workloads and sovereign data hosting. It is also designed to support resilient, sustainable and locally owned digital infrastructure for Africa.



Development
Data centre design and development, civil, power, cooling and connectivity infrastructure scoped. SteadGrid and GOCLIMS platform integration designed alongside facility systems, with the GO-CN48-32-2T sovereign compute hardware specified as the baseline compute platform.
Construction & Integration
Foundation, structural build, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems delivered alongside internal connectivity and commissioning readiness. GO-CN48-32-2T chassis integration and software platforms deployed for handover readiness.
Commissioning
GO-CN48-32-2T server deployment, software integration, and facility acceptance testing. SteadGrid control-plane validation and GOCLIMS tenant onboarding flows confirmed ahead of commercial launch.
Programme Status
The AfWS Victoria Island programme is under development. The supplied project brief targets commercial launch in December 2026, following construction, integration, testing and operational readiness activities. Gidia Oaks' approach is designed to carry infrastructure from planning and development through commissioning and long-term operations, with the technology and operating platforms built to support the facility as it scales.
